After his experience as assistant professor at the University of Saskatchenwan, Dr. Adachi worked for several bio/pharmaceutical companies in Canada and the U.S. He then went to work at the University of Alberta where he gained 15 years of experience as director of technology transfer department. In 2009, Dr. Adachi started his own consulting company and have supported many technology transfer organizations worldwide, including Todai TLO.

After finishing her Master's degree at the University of Alberta, Ms. Oreski worked as a research associate for a biopharma company. She gained her MBA before joining the technology transfer department of the University of Alberta (currently a non-profit joint venture known as TEC Edmonton) and worked as technology manager for 14 years. In 2009, Ms. Oreski established Oreski Consulting , Inc., a technology transfer consulting company and have many clients worldwide.
